who are readily available to answer any questions or enquiries.
Southgate believes that transparency in reporting is an absolute necessity. Our
employer clients have full online access to live reconciliation of the employer’s
salary packaging account to view every individual reconciled income remittance and
payment transaction relating to their employees’ salary packaging arrangements.
This provides peace of mind that payments are being made in a timely manner as expected,
and that income funds are being reconciled appropriately. Most competitors cannot
provide live account reconciliations at an employer level, and once you have ceased
using their services they can take many months to provide an account reconciliation.
